After only a year in top flight competition, Olomouc are relegated to the second league despite thrashing Teplice 6:0 while Příbram played out a goalless draw against Jablonec. At Eden, Slavia thrashed Plzeň 5:0 and Sparta also beat Jihlava 5:0, all goals coming from striker David Lafata. Lafata scored 20 goals this season to leave him top of the table of strikers for the fifth time. Liberec secured third place in the league with a 2:2 draw with Mláda Boleslav.

Plzeň ended the season with a 5:0 thrashing by Slavia at Eden. Slavia scored three goals in the first half-hour through Mihalík, Antonín Barák and Muris Mešanovič. Josef Hušbauer and Miljan Vukadinovič added two more in the second-half. Slavia finish fifth in the table, having won their last three matches in a row
King of the Strikers, David Lafata, scored all five goals for Sparta in their demolition of Jihlava. With twenty goals this season, he becomes top striker in the league for the fifth time in his career.
Liberec drew 2:2 at Boleslav to finish third in the table and go through to the third pre-qualification round of the Europa liga next season. Should Boleslav beat Jablonec in the MOL Cup, they will qualifiy for the second pre-qualification round of the Europa liga.
Dukla went down 1:0 to Slovácko to finish tenth in the league, their worst finish since being promoted in 2011. Slovácko end the season in eight place.
Newcomers to the league, Zlín, drew 1:1 with Bohemians. Zlín played poor football in the spring season and were only spared relegation thanks to a strong performance from the side in the autumn season.Ostrava are relegated to the second league after 49 seasons in the top league. They lost 2:1 to Brno at the weekend and lost their last five matches in a row.
